Review:

Color/Design: This is consider as a 3 tone lenses. Thick black ring on the outside, and then it blends with blueish gray, then yellow on the inside. The idea of having yellow on the inside around the pupil may sound weird. But the yellow is quiet subtle, it wouldn't make your eyes look creepy. It's there to add more deepth to your eyes. I don't know why it is called waffle. It looks nothing like it. But I guess waffle is a cute name and it goes with the theme (Mimi Cafe).

Englargement: BIG. 15.00mm (short and sweet :P)

Comfort: I'll give it a 8/10. Personally, I don't adore big lenses. I feel like my eyes are too small for them. The comfort of this is pretty good. But for lenses that are bigger than 14.5mm, I-fairy is still the most comfortable ones for me =)

Geo Xtra Flower Series Lotus Green Review

the lens's design. I personally think the design is super unique! It has lattice pattern, but part of it is green part of it is transparent!! SO COOL!

compare to Morning Glory Green. Lotus on the right.

The color is not as vibrant as Morning Glory, but the lenses give a very 3-D look. Because of the lattice design, it creates depth and 3-D looking effect. It really gives out a more sophisticate look =) My favorite thing about this lens is the design!! Part of the lenses are transparent! The design is basically made out of different "blocks". Very innovating!

My thoughts:

These two lenses are part of the Geo Princess Mimi Cafe series. Each design has its own uniqueness to it, but when they are being worn, there is no MAJOR differences. The size of two lenses are the same =15.00mm (HUGE). The color scheme is also quite similar. Both are very natural looking, suitable for everyday look. But Cafe Macchiato has a thicker limbal ring on the edge and seems to blend in more!

I am wearing the Morning Glory on the right and Lotus Green on the left. You can see the comparison between two. Morning Glory's design is gorgeous! The color really stand out~ The color is not too vibrant yet not too subtle. It's noticeable but since it also has a dark edge, it doesn't come across as looking scary. It really look like a flowery pattern. My favorite part is that the lenses has a thick black limbal ring on the edge which really defines my eyes.

The Bambi Series come in 4 different colors. They are designed by a famous Japanese model Tsubasa Masuwaka. Bambi lenses are wore by countless Japanese models, they are super popular in Japan right now.

Review:

Enlargement: 15.00mm FOR REAL! This is not one of the false advertising trick. The lenses are 15.00mm. Amazing enlargement effect

Color: Natural yet noticeable. The size of the lenses is definitely a giveaway. In the middle of the lenses, there is a yellowish ring, which creates more depth to your eyes.

Comfort: Geo is definitely one of the best lens manufacturer in Korea. All their lenses are great quality. I heard that Geo is getting USA FDA approval (that means we can probably get Geo lenses from our optometrist in the future).

This lens is designed for Japanese market, so the safety and quality control rised to another level. The lenses are so comfortable! LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Anyways,lets go back to the topic. So this is a review for Dueba Pop C Dark Blue & Pop C Dark Violet.
I think I done a review on Pop C Dark Brown before, so this one is pretty similar except for the colors.

Enlargement: 14.5mm, moderate enlargement effect. The clear space on the edge is wider than normal 14.5mm lenses. But this is definitely bigger than the normal 14.00mm ones.

Today I am gonna talk a little bit about Latisse Eyelash Growth Treatment. I bet many of you already seen the ads on TV and internet about this new eyelash growth product. But the real question is "Does it really works?"I am Asian, and I have very short and straight eyelashes. I always wear falsies if I want my eyes to POP. But I always wanted to have long and beautiful eyelashes. I tried DHC Lash Tonic, Vitamin E, etc. None of them seems to work. But I did a little research on Latisse, guess what I found out? THERE IS HOPE FOR MY LASHES!Well I always like to do research on Makeupalley before I go off and purchase the product. Makeupalley is amazing! (Makeupalley is a cosmetics review website. Can find reviews for always everything! ). Latisse received wonderful reviews on MakeupAlley. The average rating is 4.6! I want to buy Latisse so bad after reading all the rave reviews.
But guess what.....
*Latisse costs 100+ dollars for a bottle
*You need at least 2-3 bottles til you see the result ( that is like 200-300 bucks!)
*You need a doctor's prescription before buying the product (WTH?! )

But thanks to MakeupAlley, I found out that there is a generic version of Latisse. And it only costs 10 dollars. I will post more about this when I get it next week! So excited!

EOS MAX Pure Brown Review

I know many of you guys heard of the amazing EOS MAX Pure Grey right? I did a review on it a while back. If you read my review, you would know how much I love Max Pure Grey.

So here is a little review for Max Pure Brown:

Comfort: Very comfortable. I guess I am used to all the Geo and EOS lenses now ^.^ I have been wearing circle lenses for about 3 years and my eyes are perfectly fine! I never had any eye infections before =) The trick is to CLEAN your lenses!~~

Color/Design: Natural, caramel color. Although this lens is really big (refer to the enlargement section), the color blends in with the eyes so it's not as dull looking as other lenses. And if you have a light eye color, it will give you a "Leah Dizon Effect". The color is not really obvious, but it's not like Geo BC-101 neither. It has this redish brown color that looks gorgous under the sun ^.^

Enlargement: This lens has a 15.5mm enlarging effect! But the color is really natural, it wouldn't make your eyes look fake. This also has a normal size (14.00mm) version, so if you like the color but afraid of the enlarging effect, you can check that out.

Overall, I am obsessed with all the EOS lenses lately. And EOS had became very popular nowadays~ It definitely offers more variety than Geo.

BTW, I am starting my EOS batch around Thanksgiving, so I will love it if you guys can join <3

I got the EOS lenses parcel recently. EOS Max Misty 14.5mm Series are the new lenses EOS have, I was so excited to try them on.

I LOVE THE COLORS. I opened one of Misty Green and one of Misty Gray, they are amazing! For Misty Green, the colors are noticeable but not fake looking. For Misty Gray, the colors are very subtle, the patterns is very pretty~~ The Max Misty Series have diameter of 14.5mm which is bigger than the normal 14.00mm lenses. So they have a really good enlarging effect. You guys can refer to my pictures and my video.

Okay, lets get in to the subject.

What it looks like when it just came out of the tube

After seeing the pictures, so is Water Drop good?

Well, it's very moisturizing. Just like the picture above, when you blend it out, it basically becomes water droplets. When you put it on my face, I kind of feel it's sorta sticky at first, but the feeling goes away in 1 or 2 minutes after my skin absorbed it. I have oily skin and I didn't experience any major break outs after using this product. So that is a plus~~

This product is basically non-scented and I like the natural smell.

Does it really helps you whiten your skin?

um....I actually can't tell. I probably stare at myself too often in the mirror. I been using this product for a month now. So far, I haven't notice any dramatic whitening effect. I do have people stare at my face and say "wow, you are so pale", but that is just because I wear BB cream ^.^

One thing I didn't like about this product is because it is so watery, I find I have to use a lot of it in order to cover my whole face. This moisturizer isn't cheap~~ Retail at about $21. I think I can finish the whole tube in 2 months.

Will I repurchase this product again?

Most likely not~ Don't get me wrong, this is a very good moisturizer. But I love trying out new things, and I just don't find myself spending another $21 on it. I guess I am sort of disappointed that this doesn't do much of the whitening effects I hoped ofr. If you want something that is cheap and has good whitening effect, check out Likas Papaya Soap. Who will I recommend this to?

People with very dry skin looking for a good moisturizer. But this doesn't come cheap, so it's better if you could find another cheaper substitute.

She raised up the prices so high, it’s something that I would never do.

Etude House Fresh Cherry Tint #2 Pink Review

I brought this with the BB cream batch I did. I heard it is a hit in Korea. My supplier had to actually went to the store and brought it for me because all the distributors said they are out of stock of this tint.

So are they really that amazing?

First Impression:

The texture is very watery, not sticky at all like normal lipgloss. It has a fruity cherry flavor.

I thought the color would be lightish pink like the bottle, it turn out to be a more magenta pink color. But overall, it's pretty natural.

My favorite part of this lip tint is it would wear off! No matter what you do, the color would stay on all day. Even if you touch your lip, the color will not come off. (don't worry, the color would come off with soap or facial cleanser).

This is a great product if you are like me, who hates to re-apply lipgloss every few hours.

After, more puffy! But my hair is not layered enough, so I can't achieve the ultimate puffy hair.

I tried it on my fobby hair friend, and it so well on her.

So if you want a puffy hair effect, check out this product. The texture of the powder is starch like (I am sorry, that is the best way I can explain it). And you put the powder on the root of the hair, and start to rub it and be crazy with it. It's really easy to use, so worry.

One thing I hate about this product is that you HAVE to wash your hair after using it. It leave this uncomfy feeling. Since I am too lazy to wash my hair every day, I end up not using this powder as often as I like.

But this summer, I am going back to China and planning to get a really fobby hair cut. So I can't wait to see how it will turn out on me ^.^

I haven't update for such a long time! Sorry >.< I guess I am just being lazy ~~

So I got this Skin 79 BB Cream in the mail yesterday. I always wanted to buy this product but never actually make up my mind to do so. So I was super excited to get this!!

I assume you guys all know what BB cream is right? Well, it's basically liquid foundation, but many BB cream has SPF, whitening effect, and suppose to improve your skin! (not a skin care though, so make sure to remove them before you go to sleep)

I love the packaging! It looks really cute and professional. ^.^ This is the in HOT PINK or the "summer collect", so it does a good job on oil control. There is a Gold version of this BB cream, and that one is intended for winter use---more moisturizing.

The texture of this BB cream is really light and has good staying power. I didn't notice any smearing throughout the day. This BB cream has a dark grayish color, but once you blended it out, it will match your skin perfectly! (since BB cream don't come in variety of colors, if you have darker skin tone, BB cream may not match the color of your skin that well. But it would definitely makes you pale :P)

Here is a comparison picture. I have uneven skin tone and some acnes. This BB cream doesn't provide a thick coverage, but a natural sheer coverage. I am pretty happy with this product since I am looking for something that has sheer coverage that will brighten and make my skin even.

Overall, I love this product, defintely buying it again.

I guess they are really similar to Leah Dizon's eyes. (Of course, it would be different for different people because of their eye color...) But for me( brown eyes), they are great.

I know I am like obsess with circle lenses now. Almost all the posts in this blog are about circle lenses. I am sorry, I will update some makeups reviews soon ^.^
I have been busy for the past two weeks. I opened quiet a few lenses.

So here is a big review:

Dueba Dm23 Brown

First of all, I waited for 1 month to get this lenses. I always wanted to get them, but could never find a seller who sell them cheap. So I was extremely excited to get them, but I was really disappointed >.<>.< (P.S. I am wearing Sephora Falsie Xiaoshan gave me for my B-day, thx Xiaoshan ^.^)

EOS G201 Grey

Color/Design: 9/10 I love this color!! this one is similar to Pure Grey, except for this is bigger and brighter than Pure Gray. It also provides a Leah Dizon effects!!

Englargement: 10/10 HUGE!! This lenses are truely 14.5mm. I compared them with my Geo lenses, and they are HUGE (not the color part, but just the lenses itselves).

Comfort:9/10 really comfy^^

EOS Jewel Grey:

Color/Design: super pretty, looks like it's sparkly

Enlargement: 8.5/10 pretty decent

Comfort: N/A haven't wore them long enough to tell, but for now, it's really comfortable

Geo Fresh Gray Review!

Fresh Gray! I am in love with Geo's fresh series. Both fresh brown and gray are AMAZING! They are subtle and the patter/color is very pretty. Of course, fresh brown is more natural, but fresh gray is great for those who are looking for some gray lenses but not so bold. A friend told me that the gray in this lens is even more noticeable than my Angel Gray. I guess that is kind of true XD. The color really shows when taking a picture with flash, but in normal lighting, it's pretty natural.

Enlargement: 9/10 Pretty good, yet natural
Comfortable: 8.5/10 I find Fresh Brown more comfortable
Pattern/design: 10/10 Pretty<33

So I picked up this mascara while I was doing grocery shopping at Fred Meyer. I was really intrigued with the package. I like the the eco friendly design, and the cap is just soooo cute!! I am a big fan on eco-friendly products. My friend calls me A Tree Hugger. lol~ Yea, but I believe that I wll make a difference if by using more eco friendly and organic products . Anyways, the best thing is it has a mail in rebate sticker "TRY ME FOR FREE". So I only hav to pay around $1.5(stamp and tax) for this mascara. It's definitely worth it. So I decided to give a try. But the result was horrible!

This mascara does not hold the curl and it smells terrible! It has this plastic ish smell and it last for hours. Moreover, this mascara stings my eyes. My eyes are not the sensitive type. This is the only mascara that irratates my eyes. I am thinking of returning this product. I am really disappointed in this this product. Does not add length, volume, smudges like crazy, smells horrible, irratates my eyes, and expensive(if it comes with no rebate).

So save your money for some other mascaras. I really don't recommend it.

Geo Angel Gray Review

I finally decided to open my Angel Gray lenses yesterday. I been wearing it the whole entire day, comfort wise. I still prefer my Fresh Brown or Dali Brown. Angel Gray gave me blurry vision and I constantly feeling that there is something in my eyes. So I don't know, I have to try it some other times and see. But I really like the lenses, it definitely has a good enlarging effect because of the black limbal ring. The lenses are kind of darkish in normal lighting, but kind of bright under the sun. I like it because I don't like bold and noticable designs. So if you are someone looking for a pair of natural looking gray circle lens, try Angel Gray!

Ultrasonic Contact Lens Cleaner Review

Finally, I got my Ultrasonic Contact Lens Cleaner yesterday in the mail. I bought it off Ebay pay around 27 dollars included the shipping.

At first, I was kind of skeptical about this cleaner, but I bought it anyways because many Soompier said it works great. It's TRUE. This cleaner is awesome, it clean your lenses so everytime you put them on, it feels clean.

I guess the main reason I bought this is because I don't have to buy expensive lens solution like Opti Free, Renu, and Clear Care (although I really like it, but it can be expensive, since a bottle only last a month. So a blogger suggest using Clear Care once a week, and use Ultrasonic Cleaner daily. I think it's a brilliant idea ^^). I can just use SALINE SOLUTION, which is ridiculously cheap compare to other solutions. I got a bottle of 12ml for only $1.39. So no more expensive lens cleaner, I can just use Ultrasonic cleaner with saline solution, and get my fresh, clean lenses everyday.

Some people say this cleaner can extend the life expectancy of the lenses...um...I am not sure about that. So I wouldn't try it. I never really wore my lenses up to a year anyways, I always like to switch to new lenses every few months.

There are other simple automatic contact lens cleaner out there. I wouldn't trust those. I have one myself, I got it while I was in China, it costs only about 3-4 USD. It doesn't use Ultrasonic, but vibration instead. So what it does is it creates vibration, so the water wave might break out the protein and other bateria on the lenses. I personally don't like them, and I don't think they really work. I recomend you buy a nice one like Ultrasonic Cleaner instead of the normal one because some people say rubbing the lenses with your finger is better than those cheap automatic lens cleaner. So don't waste your money.

I am still don't why Ultrasonic Contact Lens Cleaner isn't really popular. I tried to search it on google, nothing really shows up. I think it is a great product, and I like it. Maybe someday I should use a microscope to see if it really clean the lenses ^.^

I got the lenses yesterday, I been busy packing and I shipped them all out today~

I ordered a pair of Fresh Brown and Ck-108 for myself. I am not going to open CK-108 yet. But I did opened my fresh brown. I love it.

I am really surprised by how natural they are. They blend in pretty well. I like more natural look, so I would not recomend this for those who like a bold look cuz the brown doesn't really show up. They are kind of dark, but not dull looking. Overall, I am really happy with them.Comfort: 8.5/10 I wore them for the entire day today. Pretty good, but I think Neo is still the most comfortable brand for me. I feel this is kind of thick. But overall, it's pretty good.Enlargement: 9/10 Well this is not like huge, but still pretty big. THe limble ring on the edge does a good job on enlarging.Design: 10/10 I like the color/design. When you first look at it, it looks pretty vibrant, but it's natural and does a good on enlarging. So I recomend this for those who want a natural and enlarging lens.

Likas Whitening Soap Updates! [Pictures Review]

I been using this soap for a month now. And I noticed that my skin did turned whiter. This soap really works, but it takes time. But this soap whiten my skin and remove my makeups pretty well. And I also noticed that I get less break out when I use this soap!

The down side about this product is it does tend to dry your skin. So put lotion on afterward~~

I took a picture and compared it with a old pic from last year. I apologize, I know the lighting is different and stuff. I can't find a pic that is in the exact same lighting. But I hope you guys can just get the idea. This soap does work, it just takes time!

Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Hand and Body Lotion is another awesome cheap find recommended by Xiaoshan(thanks <3333).

And why is this product so awesomely awesome? Because it's cheap!! And it removes stretch marks, soften your skin(I really mean it), and it's not greasy at all! I use it all over my body and even my face. I got it from Fred Meyer for $2.95, but I heard you can get it at Wal-Mart for only 1.94 or something. And the lotion comes in a biggg bottle (1 quart)! O, and the lotion has a delicious creamy coconut smell, which I really love.

(see, it comes in a such big bottle, and it's only about 2-3 dollars.)

I seriously recommend you guys to buy this lotion. Don't waste your money on expensive lotions that don't work. Get Queen Helene Cocoa Butter! ^^

Perfect Lashes--Kiss Me Heroine Make Volume & Curl Mascara

well I am being a bit exaggerated. Is not really the perfect perfect eyelashes everyone craves. But for me, I think Kiss Me Heroine Make Volume & Curl Mascara is the best at lengthening and curling my eyelashes. The price is pretty decent too. I got it for about 12 dollars included the shipping.

This mascara does contain many tiny fibers, and sometimes they irritate my eyes because them. But this mascara is super duper waterproof. It never smear, and give you raccoon eyes. It is perfect for Seattle weather. But waterproof = a pain in the butt to remove. That is the reason why a lot of people don't like this mascara. ITS INCREDIBLELY HARD TO REMOVE. There is a mascara remover for this mascara from Kiss Me. I heard it works great, and makes the whole entire process easier.
Well, if you want to go for something cheaper, use baby oil+cotton ball.

Overall, I really like this mascara, and it's soo much better than a lot of drugstore mascaras here. I found that Japanese mascaras work really good on Asian eyelashes. I heard that Imju Fiberwig, Sana 3D (I don't remember the name) are also great.

So I would recommend this mascara. It truely does an amazing job on lengthening and curling my eyelashes. The mascara holds the curl for the whole entire day, no joke.

Yes, I like this solution better than the regualr muti-purpose one. Now I dont have to rub or clean them, just put in this case, and it will clean them for me. I am super excited of getting this soap. I went to a Fillipino store and got this for $4.35(included tax). I find it was sort of a rip off. I heard you could get this in the Philipines for 50cents?.. I am definitely telling my friend to buy me a suitcase of them when he goes back to the Philipines this summer.

This soap is made from all natural herbal ingredients, and claimed to make your skin more white. But the process takes about one to two months.

I been using this soap for a week now. Well I guess I am paler? I dont know, since I stare at the mirror everyday, it's hard for me to tell. But a lot of people say this soap is extremely drying, but for me, I think it's okay. I mean of course I am going to put facial lotion after using it, but I dont find this soap extremely drying. And I like how this soap gets rid of all the oil on my skin, and it does help preventing breakouts. Best of all, it gets rid of black heads. I use this twice a day, and every single day, hope to see results soon. ^^.

One thing I have to complaint about this soap is that it sting my eyes. So I have to shut my eyes really tight when I am using it.

OMG, i finally got my Neo Sweet Chocolate( the japanese version of dali brown today)first, iam gonna review my old circle lens--New Bio Circle Lens.

I really like the design, it's really pretty. If my eyes were really brown, the effect would sort be like Leah's.
But the comfort level is really low, ill give a 6.5/10. when i wear this lens, I experienced a feeling like needle poking my, especially in the sun. And it dries really quickly. So the comfort wise, is okay.

My neo Sweet Chocolate:

i kinda think the package looks a little cheap, I mean I spent $50 on it. I kinda expected more.

Compare with New Bio. Many people said that Neo doesnt enlarge much, but actually it does. The lens are really natural, so you feel like they are not enlarging the irises at all.

i recently read a French Tips by rawrjensherex3 on Soompi, and I thought it was really great, so I decide to do it myself. And it works great!!

so I use the blue tape instead the clear one, and in my opinion it works better, because it is for painting.

All I need is:

3M painter's tape

Wet and Wild i forgot the color

Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear Fuchsia Power

with the tape on, and painted the tip with Fuchsia Power

Wait till the nail polish is completely dry, then slowly unwrap it

Painted with Wet and Wild, final result ^^
